Spring Health offers access to specialized, clinically validated digital mental health tools—called Partner Apps—to support your well-being beyond traditional therapy and coaching. These evidence-based tools are designed to support needs like sleep, anxiety, and emotional regulation.
How It Works
Eligible members can trade their unused, sponsored therapy sessions for premium access to these digital tool at no additional cost.
- Session Deductions: Standard coaching sessions cannot be traded. Only unused therapy sessions can be exchanged.
- Access Duration: Once you complete your registration, you retain full premium access to the partner app for one entire year.
- Self-Serviced: All exchanges must be managed directly by you through your member portal. Our Care Support team cannot manually trade sessions or process the exchange for you on the backend.
- Eligibility: Access is available to members from select organizations. Your eligibility can be confirmed through your Spring Health account.

How to Access and Register
To access Partner Apps, follow these steps on a desktop or mobile web browser.
- Log In: Sign in to your account at care.springhealth.com.
- Explore: Navigate to the Explore tab and select Partner Programs.
- Select Your App: Choose your preferred tool and click the "Trade X of X sessions" button.
- Complete Registration: The platform will securely transfer you to the partner app's setup page to build your external account profile.
For Guardians: To enroll a child in Mightier, you must log in using your primary adult account. The platform will guide you to select your eligible dependent from an account dropdown menu, ensuring the 3 therapy sessions are accurately deducted from that child's individual benefit balance.
Member Experience & Privacy
Spring Health prioritizes member privacy and ease of use throughout the enrollment process.
No Shared Health Data: Spring Health does not share your private clinical history, health assessments, or diagnoses with any third-party apps.
HIPAA Authorization: When you opt to trade a session, you will click a HIPAA Authorization Privacy Box. This strictly permits Spring Health to share basic identifiers (such as your member ID or name) with the partner app to validate your premium account activation.
External Terms: Once you transition off the Spring Health platform into a partner application, that app's specific terms of service and privacy policies apply
Troubleshooting & Support
Registered but the app isn't showing up: If you completed the trade but your premium access isn't visible, return to the Partner Apps tab on your Spring Health dashboard and restart the partner registration sequence.
Paying out-of-pocket or via FSA/HSA: These premium tools are offered strictly as a direct session-trade benefit through your sponsoring organization. You cannot pay out-of-pocket or use an FSA/HSA card to buy them here. If you purchase a retail subscription directly through the app store outside of Spring Health, we cannot issue a reimbursement.
"Use Sessions" icon is grayed out: This means your account lacks the required number of unused, sponsored therapy sessions to complete the exchange (e.g., you need at least 2 for Daylight/Sleepio or 3 for Mightier).
