Spring Health offers access to specialized, clinically validated digital mental health tools—called Partner Apps—to support your well-being beyond traditional therapy and coaching. These evidence-based tools are designed to support needs like sleep, anxiety, and emotional regulation.
How It Works
Eligible members can exchange unused sponsored therapy sessions for premium access to these digital tools at no additional cost.
- Trading Sessions: You can trade available therapy sessions or "flex" sessions for app access.
- Coaching Sessions: Standard coaching sessions are not eligible for exchange.
- Access Period: Once you register, you retain access to the partner app for one year, even if your employment or health coverage changes.
- Eligibility: Access is available to members from select organizations. Your eligibility can be confirmed through your Spring Health account.
Available Partner Apps
Some of the available Partner Apps include:
- Sleepio — Personalized support for improving sleep
- Daylight — Tools to manage anxiety and build healthier thinking patterns
- Mightier — A game-based app designed to help children manage emotions (ages 6–14)
How To Access
To access Partner Apps, you must use the self-service tools within your account.
- Log In: Sign in to your account at care.springhealth.com.
- Explore: Navigate to the "Explore" tab and select "Partner Apps".
- Get Access: Choose an app and click the green icon to exchange your sessions.
- Register: You will be directed to the partner app's page to complete your registration.
For Guardians: To enroll a child in Mightier, you must access the app through your own adult account. You will select your dependent from a dropdown menu, and the sessions will be deducted from the dependent’s balance.
Member Experience & Privacy
Spring Health prioritizes member privacy and ease of use throughout the enrollment process.
- Data Privacy: Spring Health does not share your diagnoses or assessment results with partner apps.
- Authorization: You will be asked to share only your Spring Health member ID with the partner app to confirm your eligibility.
- Policy: Once you leave the Spring Health platform to use a partner app, that app’s specific terms and privacy policies will apply.
Troubleshooting & Support
I signed up, but don’t see the app
Try returning to the Partner Apps section and completing the registration again.
The “Use Sessions” option is unavailable
This typically means you do not have enough sponsored sessions left to make the trade.
Can I pay out of pocket instead?
No — Partner Apps are only available through Spring Health and cannot be purchased or reimbursed separately.
