Language Support Options

1. Direct Provider Matches

Our provider network includes a vast range of diverse providers. You can easily find someone who speaks your preferred language by using our built-in search tools:

  • Filter by Language: When browsing providers, use the Languages filter to view professionals who are fluent in your language.
2. Certified Interpretation Services

If our provider network does not currently have an available provider who speaks your language, we will provide a certified interpreter for your sessions at no additional cost to you.

You can rest assured that your privacy and care are in expert hands:

  • HIPAA Trained: All interpreters are fully trained on healthcare privacy regulations to keep your information secure.
  • Healthcare Certified: Interpreters are specifically certified in medical and healthcare translation to ensure clinical accuracy during your sessions.

How to Request an Interpreter

If you have an upcoming appointment and would like to request an interpreter, we are here to make the process as easy as possible.

Our Support Team will work directly with you and your provider to coordinate interpreter services and ensure an interpreter is present for your scheduled session, so you can focus fully on your care.
