We understand that building a relationship with a provider takes time and trust. While Spring Health is a closed network designed to ensure high quality and coordinated care, we want to help you explore every option to maintain that continuity.
To use your sponsored Spring Health benefits, sessions must be scheduled through the Spring Health platform with a participating provider.
Before You Reach Out
Is your provider already in our network? If you believe your provider may already be a part of Spring Health, our team can verify this for you. While the platform does not currently allow you to search for specific providers by name directly, we can confirm if they are available on our platform with just their name. Contact our team for a quick verification.
Your Options for Continuity of Care
If you are already seeing a provider who is not yet in our network, here is how you can move forward:
1. Invite Your Provider to Join Us
Your provider can apply to join the Spring Health network. This is the best way to use your benefits while keeping your current clinician.
- Direct them here: springhealth.com/providers
2. Let Us Reach Out
If you provide us with your provider’s contact information, our Provider Relations Team can reach out directly to discuss the benefits of joining our network, such as administrative support and steady referrals.
3. Check Your Insurance Coverage
If your provider chooses not to join Spring Health, they may still be in-network with your primary health insurance.
4. Explore Our Provider Network
If continuing with your current provider isn’t an option, you can browse available Spring Health providers directly through your account. For personalized recommendations, contact our Care Team for support.
Please Note
To use your Spring Health benefits, you must schedule sessions through our platform with a participating Spring Health provider. Spring Health does not issue authorization or EAP codes and is unable to reimburse sessions conducted outside of the platform. To access your benefits, please sign up for a Spring Health account and schedule appointments directly through the platform with an available Spring Health provider of your choice.
