Klarna: Buy Now, Pay Later
Spring Health has partnered with Klarna to offer installment-payment options. This may help you manage a larger balance without paying the full amount at once.
How to Use Klarna
- Access the billing portal: Visit spring.aperohealth.com/pay and enter your unique billing lookup code.
- Choose your payment amount: Enter the amount you would like to pay or split into installments.
- Select Klarna: At checkout, choose Klarna as your payment method. You will be redirected to Klarna to review and select an available installment option.
Why Am I Blocked From Booking an Appointment?
Spring Health may temporarily pause appointment booking when an account’s outstanding balance exceeds the booking restriction threshold. This policy helps members manage their balances and avoid accumulating additional charges.
Setting up an installment or payment plan does not automatically restore booking access. Booking eligibility is based on your remaining outstanding balance—not simply whether you have started a payment plan.
After setting up your plan and making a payment, your account status will be reassessed. If your remaining balance falls below the restriction threshold, you may regain access to booking.
How to Check Your Booking Access
After making a payment:
- Log in to your Spring Health account.
- Look for the “Let’s keep your care going” banner.
- If the banner is no longer visible, your booking access may have been restored.
- If the banner is still visible, your remaining balance may still be above the booking restriction threshold.
If you made a payment and your booking access has not been restored, please contact our Care Team. We can review your account and confirm whether any additional action is needed.
