Accessing Your Billing Dashboard and Payment History

We want to ensure you have full visibility into your care costs and payment status. You can view your complete billing details and download your billing statements at any time. This allows you to track outstanding charges, pending invoices, and your full payment history—so you always know exactly where you stand.

How to Access Your Billing Details

You can find your billing information and statements in just a few steps:

  1. Log in to your Spring Health account via the mobile app or desktop browser, or click this link.
  2. Navigate to your Account page by clicking the person icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Billing and Payments.
  4. Choose Action Required to see listed charges.
  5. Select View Statement to open and download a PDF with your current charges and details.

Navigating Your Billing Page

Once on the Billing and Payments page, you will find several sections to help you manage your balance:

  • Action Required: View specific sessions tied to outstanding balances. From here, you can choose to pay them in full or settle individual charges. 
  • View Statement: Download a PDF version of your total current balance or individual charges for your personal records. 
  • Pending Invoices: Track appointments that are currently being processed by Spring Health or your insurance provider. 
  • Completed Invoices: Review a list of all bills that have already been paid. 
  • Sponsored Sessions: See exactly which visits were covered by the organization providing your benefits. 
  • Payment History: Review a comprehensive list and obtain receipts of all past payments made on your account.
