We want to ensure you have full visibility into your care costs and payment status. You can view your complete billing details and download your billing statements at any time. This allows you to track outstanding charges, pending invoices, and your full payment history—so you always know exactly where you stand.
How to Access Your Billing Details
You can find your billing information and statements in just a few steps:
- Log In: Access your Spring Health account via the mobile app or desktop browser.
- Navigate to Your Billing and Payments: Select the Billing tab to access your account history.
- Select Payments: This dashboard will centralize all your session invoices.
- Choose Action Required: Review any listed charges or click View Statement to open and download a detailed PDF.
Navigating Your Billing Page
Once on your billing dashboard, you can use these dedicated sections to track and manage your balances:
- Action Required: View specific, individual sessions tied to outstanding balances. From here, you can choose to settle your account balance in full or pay for individual charges one at a time.
- View Statement: Download a clean PDF version of your comprehensive balance details for your personal records or reimbursement tracking.
- Pending Invoices: Track appointments that are currently being systematically processed by Spring Health or reviewed by your insurance provider.
- Completed Invoices: Review a clean list of all past bills that have already been fully settled.
- Sponsored Sessions: See exactly which of your historical visits were fully covered by your employer or the sponsoring organization providing your benefits.
- Payment History: Review a comprehensive list of all past transactions made on your account and instantly print separate transaction receipts.
Account Communication Options
- Checking for Billing Emails: All digital account statements and payment confirmations are automatically generated and sent from patientbilling@springhealth.com. If you are not seeing expected statements or payment alerts in your main inbox, please check your spam or junk folders, and add this address to your email provider's "safe senders" or contacts list.
- Prefer Paper Statements? If you prefer receiving physical mail over digital notices or wish to entirely opt out of email invoices, you can request paper-only billing. Please reach out to our support team, and an agent will adjust your account delivery settings.
