Making a Payment

We want to make managing your care as simple and secure as possible. Whether your account is currently active or you are settling a balance on a deactivated account, you have several ways to view and pay your bills.  

Option 1: Through Your Spring Health Profile

This is the fastest way to manage your payments:

  1. Log in to your Spring Health account (on the mobile app or desktop).
  2. Go to your Account page.
  3. Select Billing and Payments (or log in directly using this link: Billing and Payments).
  4. Under Action Required, you will see your total outstanding balance and individual charges.
  5. Select Pay balance to settle your full account balance, or select Pay now to pay a specific charge (you can manually adjust the amount if needed).

Option 2: Using a Direct Payment Link

You can also pay directly through our secure billing partner website:

  1. Navigate to spring.aperohealth.com/pay.
  2. Locate the unique lookup code found on your statement or in any payment email you have received.
  3. Enter your card information and the amount you wish to pay.

FAQs & Troubleshooting

Is my payment link legitimate?

  • Security is our priority. You can be confident that a payment link is legitimate if it was sent from patientbilling@springhealth.com. Always ensure the lookup code in the email matches your records.

What if the link isn't working?

  • Try logging directly into your Spring Health profile as outlined in Option 1.
  • If that is unsuccessful, use the manual lookup method in Option 2.
  • Ensure you are using the most recent lookup code from your latest statement.
