We want to make accessing high-quality care as stress-free as possible. You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for out-of-pocket costs at Spring Health. These accounts allow you to use pre-tax dollars for eligible mental health services.
How to Pay with HSA/FSA
Using your HSA or FSA card is simple and functions just like a standard debit or credit card on our platform:
- Locate Your Bill: Find the "Pay Now" link in your billing email or visit our Billing Website.
- Enter Your Code: Enter the unique lookup code found on your statement or billing email.
- Submit Payment: Enter your HSA/FSA card details as the primary payment method.
Important Tips
- Card Denials: If your card is denied, please contact your benefit provider or bank. Common reasons include insufficient funds or the provider requiring additional verification that the service is a "qualified medical expense."
- Documentation: Always save your itemized receipts or "Superbills." Some HSA/FSA administrators may request these to verify that your sessions are eligible.
- Reimbursement: If you don't have a physical HSA/FSA card, you can typically pay with a personal card and submit your Spring Health receipt to your administrator for reimbursement.
