Having clear and detailed billing documentation is essential for your personal records or when submitting claims to insurance, HSA, or FSA providers. Most of these documents are readily available for self-service download directly through your Spring Health account.
Receipts and Statements

Step-by-Step: Accessing Your Documents
1. Finding Payment Receipts and Statements
- Log In: Access your account via the mobile app or desktop browser.
- Navigate: Go to the Billing & Payments tab.
- Download Receipts: Select Completed Invoices to see a list of past payment receipts available for download.
- View Statements: If you have an outstanding balance, select View Statement to download a detailed PDF.
- Identify Dates of Service: To see specific dates for your charges, open your PDF account statement and scroll to the detailed breakdown.
2. Requesting a Superbill (Insurance Reimbursement)
A Superbill is a specialized, itemized receipt that includes the specific clinical details (such as CPT and ICD-10 codes) required by insurance companies for reimbursement.
