If you have recently changed employers or are no longer affiliated with the organization that sponsors your Spring Health benefit, please contact our team directly. Our Care Team can help clarify your eligibility, discuss options for continuing care, and support you with transitioning or accessing your records.
We’re honored to be part of your mental health journey and want to help ensure your care continues as smoothly as possible. If you have used all your sponsored sessions for the year but remain an eligible member through your employer or health plan, you can often continue seeing your provider depending on your location and benefits.
For U.S.-based members
If you have used your allotted sponsored sessions but are still an eligible member, you should continue scheduling directly through the Spring Health platform. Depending on your benefits and preferences, you can continue care using one of the following options:
- Insurance: In many cases, we can bill your insurance directly. To help avoid any gaps in care, we recommend adding your insurance information to your account as soon as possible.
- Self-pay: If you prefer not to use insurance, or if we’re unable to bill your specific plan, you may have the option to pay for sessions directly.
For members outside the U.S.
In some regions, care through Spring Health is limited to sponsored sessions only. If you’re located outside the U.S. and have used all available sponsored sessions, you may not be able to continue scheduling appointments through the platform. Our Care Team can help explain what options may be available to you.
Please Note
If you have lost eligibility due to leaving your company or a change in your health plan, you may no longer have access to our platform. Please reach out to our team for assistance if this applies to you.
