How to View Your Session History and Remaining Sessions

It's important to stay informed about your session history and the number of sessions you have left, and our platform makes it simple for you to keep track! You can easily view your session history and how many sessions you have remaining by following the steps below.

Viewing Your Remaining Sponsored Sessions

  1. Log in to your Spring Health account here. 
  2. Navigate to your Account Settings in the sidebar and select Membership, or click this link.
  3. Here, you will find a breakdown of your total sponsored sessions, sessions remaining to schedule, and your benefit plan renewal date. 

Note: Your remaining session count reflects both completed and upcoming appointments. For example, if you’ve completed three sessions and have one future appointment scheduled, your used sessions will appear as four.

Viewing Your Sponsored Session History

  1. Log in to your Spring Health account here. 
  2. Navigate to your Billing tab in the sidebar and select Sponsored Sessions, or click this link. 
  3. Here, you can track the free sessions you have completed.

Note: Unused sessions do not roll over from one benefit period to the next. For example, if your benefit period runs from 01/01/2025 through 12/31/2025, your benefits will renew on 01/01/2026, and your sponsored session count will reset to the amount provided by your company.
