Getting back to your care should be completely seamless. We provide multiple secure ways to access your Spring Health account, allowing you to choose the sign-in method that best fits your device, preference, or organization.
Path 1: Company Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization allows you to log into multiple applications using a single set of corporate credentials (Single Sign-On (SSO)):
Option A: From the Spring Health Login Page
- Navigate directly to care.springhealth.com/sign_in on your web browser.
- Select the button that says "Log in with SSO".
- Enter your work email and follow the prompts to authenticate using your company's standard security credentials.
Option B: From Your Company App Portal
- Log into your employer's internal employee dashboard or Identity Provider (such as Okta, Azure, or Ping).
- Locate your apps list and click on the Spring Health icon to be launched automatically into your account.
Please note that Spring Health does not manage your organization's internal networks. If you are unable to log into your company’s portal, or if the Spring Health icon is missing from your employee dashboard, you must contact your internal Company IT Department for assistance.
Path 2: Sign In with a One-Time Passcode (OTP)
If you are accessing Spring Health via a web browser and don't want to use your permanent password, you can skip it entirely using a temporary code.
- On the login page, select the option to get a one-time code.
- Enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your account.
- Enter the secure 6-digit code sent via text or email to log in instantly.
Path 3: Direct Password Sign-In
If you are logging in via the Spring Health mobile app, or prefer accessing the website directly without using your company's portal, you must use your unique Spring Health password.
- The Fix: Ensure you are using the exact email address you used when creating your account. If your password is unrecognized, click the Forgot Password link to set a new one.
General Technical Fixes
If a page feels stuck, continuously loops, or gives a generic error message across any of the three paths:
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
- Try opening the link in an Incognito or Private browsing window.
- If using a phone, ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the Spring Health mobile app.
