How to Reset Your Password

Forgetting a password is a common hiccup, but it shouldn't stand in the way of your care. Whether you log in directly or use your company’s single sign-in portal, you can reset your password at any time by following these steps:

  1. Initiate the Reset:

    1. On a Computer (Web Browser): Go to the main login screen at https://care.springhealth.com/sign_in and click the "Trouble Logging In?" link.

    2. On the Mobile App: Open the app on your device and tap the "Forgot Password" link.

  2. Request the Link: Enter the primary email address associated with your Spring Health account.

  3. Check Your Inbox: You will receive a secure password reset email within a few minutes.

    1. Important: Please click the “Reset Password” button only once. Each request generates a completely new security token and instantly invalidates the previous link. Always use the link from the most recent email you received.

  4. Create a New Password: Follow the prompts in the email to set a new, secure password.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

If you aren't receiving the email or are encountering an error message on your screen, try these quick fixes:

  • Check Your Spam and Junk Folders: Automated security emails frequently get filtered by email providers. If you locate the reset message there, move it to your primary "Inbox" first to ensure the tracking link remains fully active and that future reminders are delivered correctly.

  • Verify Your Email Destination: Double-check that you are using the exact email address you used when you originally registered your account. If your benefit is tied to your employer, check whether you registered under your personal or work email.

  • Clear Your Cache: If the password input screen feels "stuck" or continually refreshes, clear your browser cookies and cache, or copy the reset link and open it inside an Incognito/Private window.

  • Password Complexity Requirements: If your new selection is rejected, try a more complex character combination. To secure your Electronic Health Record (EHR) data, our platform will automatically reject passwords that are too simple, contain common sequences, or match your previous history.
