Simple Updates You Can Make Yourself

You have the flexibility to update most of your personal details at any time.

  • Support System: Update your Emergency Contact information.
  • Your Home: Update your Street Address if you have moved.

Note: When updating your email address, you’ll be prompted to enter your password before saving. Afterward, you’ll be logged out and asked to log in with your updated email address.

How to Make Changes
  1. Navigate to Settings: Click on your Account and select Settings.
  2. Choose Your Tab: Select the appropriate tab for the information you’d like to change.
  3. Save Your Changes: Make your updates and hit Save.

When You Might Need a Little Extra Help

To keep your account secure, a few specific changes require a quick check-in with our Care Team.

  • Birthdays & Accuracy: If you need to correct your Date of Birth, please reach out so we can verify this sensitive information for you.
  • International Moves: If you’ve moved to a new country, our team needs to manually update your account to verify your international benefit eligibility and ensure you still have access to the right care.
  • State-to-State Moves: While you can update your street address yourself, please let us know if you've moved to a different state so we can ensure your provider is licensed to practice in your new location.
