Finding and Preparing for an In-Person Appointment

While many members enjoy the convenience of telehealth, we understand the value of meeting a therapist face-to-face. Please note that in-person availability depends on your specific benefit sponsor and your geographic location. To see what options are available to you, start by logging into your Spring Health account.

How to Locate an In-Person Provider

To find therapists with physical office locations, follow the path that matches how you access Spring Health:

Using a Desktop Web Browser
  1. Log In: Navigate to your account at care.springhealth.com
  2. Find Care: Click + Book a session at the top of the page, or use this link to browse available therapists.
Using the Mobile App
  1. Open the App: Log in to the Spring Health mobile app.
  2. Find Care: Navigate to the Appointments tab and select + Book appointment, then select your preferred provider type.

Filtering for In-Person Care

Once you are in the provider directory:

  • Select the "Location" filter (on desktop) or "Session Type" (on mobile).
  • Select "In-person".
  • Update the Radius (Distance you'd be willing to travel for in-person sessions)
  • Click "Show providers".
  • If providers are available near you, you will see their office address and an estimated distance from your home address (e.g., "10 miles away").

Scheduling Your Appointment

Once you find a provider who feels like a good fit, you can book their soonest available appointment or select “Show more times” to choose a date and time that works best for you.

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and location of your appointment. For in-person sessions, the provider’s office address will be included in this email. If you can’t locate the confirmation email, you can log into your account, select the session, and view the appointment location there.

If you need additional details — such as parking instructions or building access — you can message your provider directly through the platform.

Please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your session.

To receive care through Spring Health, you and any participants must be physically located in a state or jurisdiction where your provider is licensed to practice at the time of the session. Learn more.
