Finding the Right Provider

After selecting a way to browse providers, you may see a page titled “Top-rated providers for you.”. These are personalized recommendations based on provider specialties aligned with your goals, using your assessment results, location, and provider availability.

If your top matches aren't quite what you're looking for, you can expand your search by applying specific filters to find a provider who shares your background or expertise.

You can filter providers by:

  • Specialties: Expertise in areas like ADHD, anxiety, LGBTQ+ identity, or trauma.
  • Identity & Background: Filter by Gender, Ethnicity, or Religious affiliation.
  • Logistics: Filter by Availability (evenings/weekends), Language, and Location (Virtual or In-person).
  • Population: Find providers who specifically "Work with" children, teens, or couples.

Once you find a provider who feels like a good fit, you can book their soonest available appointment or select Show more times to choose a date and time that works best for you.

To receive care through Spring Health, you and any participants must be physically located in a state or jurisdiction where your provider is licensed to practice at the time of the session. Learn more.
