While most members find it easy to locate and schedule with a provider, there are several ways to navigate limited availability or find a high-quality alternative that fits your schedule.
What to Know
- 24-Hour Scheduling Window: Appointments typically must be booked more than 24 hours in advance to allow providers adequate time to prepare. Same-day appointments are generally not available through the standard booking tool.
- Provider Availability: If a provider does not show any available dates or times, their calendar is currently full. Availability updates regularly, so new openings may appear as schedules change.

- These providers are carefully matched to you and often have near-term availability.

- Broaden your filters: Remove narrow specialties to view more providers across your state.
- Sort by availability: Use the availability filter to prioritize providers with openings that align with your schedule.
