AI-powered tools are designed to help with things like answering questions, offering in-the-moment support, and providing helpful summaries. However:
- AI is not a licensed clinician and does not provide therapy or diagnoses
- You’ll always have access to real people, including Care Navigators, providers, and Care Support
- AI tools are optional, and you can choose whether or not to use them
In-the-Moment Support: Guide Chatbot
You may have the option to use an AI-powered chatbot for immediate, in-the-moment support.
- Designed to provide general guidance and helpful resources
- Includes safety guardrails — if concerning language is detected, a human clinician is alerted to follow up
- Clearly labeled as AI-powered so you always know when you’re interacting with it
For more complex or urgent needs, we recommend reaching out to a Care Navigator, provider, or a crisis support resource.

We take your privacy and security seriously.
- We do not use your personal, identifiable data to train AI models
- Any data used to improve our tools is de-identified, meaning personal details are removed
- All data is handled in accordance with strict privacy and security standards
