As your child grows, their mental health needs change. Spring Health accounts are designed to evolve with them, moving from high-level navigation for toddlers to direct therapeutic support for school-aged children.
What’s New for 6-Year-Olds?
For children under 6, guardians can create a profile to work closely with a Care Navigator to identify and coordinate external services tailored to the child’s needs.
When a child turns 6, the same child account remains active for both the child and guardian, but it is automatically upgraded. This upgrade introduces direct platform access to our in-network child therapists, making it easier to secure localized clinical support.
Booking Access: With this upgrade, you as the parent or guardian can now book and manage therapy appointments directly on your child's behalf. You will log into their nested profile to browse child-specialized clinicians, select open appointment times, and coordinate their session calendar.
If your child has reached their 6th birthday and their profile has not automatically updated to allow you to browse and book in-network therapists, please reach out to our team.
