Managing Your Notification Preferences

International Considerations: Email and SMS delivery may vary by carrier and region, and some regions do not support SMS or require different opt-in standards. For members located outside the U.S., please contact your Care Navigator.

Your care journey should happen on your terms. Whether you want a text reminder for every appointment or prefer a quiet inbox, you can easily customize how and when we reach out to you. By keeping your settings up to date, you ensure you never miss an important progress check-in or appointment update.

How to Update Your Settings On a Desktop Web Browser

  1. Log In: Access your account dashboard at care.springhealth.com.

  2. Navigate to Account: Click the person icon with your name on the left-hand sidebar.

  3. Open Notifications: Click the Settings icon, then select Notifications.

  4. Adjust & Save: Use the sliders to toggle Email or SMS text alerts on or off for reminders, news, and check-ins. Your changes save automatically as you toggle them.

How to Update Your Settings On the Mobile App

  1. Open the App: Log into your Spring Health mobile app.

  2. Tap the Settings Icon: Tap the gear wheel icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen (it is located right between the messaging arrow icon and the help icon).

  3. Open Notifications: A menu will pop up from the bottom of your screen. Select Settings, then tap Notifications.

  4. Customize: Adjust your preferences for Email, SMS, and App Push Notifications. Changes are saved instantly.

What Notifications Can I Control?

You have complete control to opt in or out of three main communications categories:

  • Appointment Reminders: Real-time alerts and countdowns for your upcoming sessions.

  • News and Announcements: Periodic updates on new platform features, tailored wellness resources, and general Spring Health news.

  • Progress Check-Ins: Gentle clinical reminders to complete your regular wellness assessments, which directly help your provider track your clinical growth.

Tip: Before navigating away from your settings page, double-check that the phone number and primary email address listed on your profile are completely accurate. If your contact information contains a typo, you won't receive the alerts you just opted into!
