By keeping your settings up to date, you ensure you never miss an important progress check-in or appointment update.
How to Update Your Settings On a Desktop Web Browser
- Log In: Access your account at care.springhealth.com.
- Navigate to Account: Click the person icon with your name on the left-hand sidebar.
- Open Notifications: Click the Settings icon, then select Notifications.
- Adjust & Save: Use the sliders to toggle Email or SMS on or off for reminders, news, and check-ins. No need to submit, your changes save automatically!
How to Update Your Settings On the Mobile App
- Open the App: Log into your Spring Health mobile app.
- Tap Your Profile: Tap the person icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Update Preferences: Select Settings, then Notifications.
- Customize: Here you can adjust Email, SMS, and App Push Notifications. Changes are saved instantly as you toggle them.
What Notifications Can I Control?
You can choose to opt-in or out of three main categories:
- Appointment Reminders: Alerts for your upcoming sessions.
- News and Announcements: Updates on new features, wellness resources, and Spring Health news.
- Progress Check-ins: Gentle nudges to complete your regular assessments, which help your provider track your growth.
Tip: Before you leave the settings page, double-check that your email address and phone number are correct. If your contact info is outdated, you won't receive the reminders you've opted into!
