Managing Your Notification Preferences

International Considerations: Email and SMS delivery may vary by carrier and region, and some regions do not support SMS or require different opt-in standards. For members located outside the U.S., please contact your Care Navigator.

Your care journey should happen on your terms. Whether you want a text reminder for every appointment or prefer a quiet inbox, you can easily customize how and when we reach out to you. By keeping your settings up to date, you ensure you never miss an important progress check-in or appointment update.

How to Update Your Settings On a Desktop Web Browser

  1. Log In: Access your account at care.springhealth.com.
  2. Navigate to Account: Click the person icon with your name on the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Open Notifications: Click the Settings icon, then select Notifications.
  4. Adjust & Save: Use the sliders to toggle Email or SMS on or off for reminders, news, and check-ins. No need to submit, your changes save automatically!

How to Update Your Settings On the Mobile App

  1. Open the App: Log into your Spring Health mobile app.
  2. Tap Your Profile: Tap the person icon in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Update Preferences: Select Settings, then Notifications.
  4. Customize: Here you can adjust Email, SMS, and App Push Notifications. Changes are saved instantly as you toggle them.

What Notifications Can I Control?

You can choose to opt-in or out of three main categories:

  • Appointment Reminders: Alerts for your upcoming sessions.
  • News and Announcements: Updates on new features, wellness resources, and Spring Health news.
  • Progress Check-ins: Gentle nudges to complete your regular assessments, which help your provider track your growth.

Tip: Before you leave the settings page, double-check that your email address and phone number are correct. If your contact info is outdated, you won't receive the reminders you've opted into!
