Staying connected to your care is our top priority. If you’ve noticed a lapse in appointment reminders or check-in alerts, it’s usually due to a simple filter or an outdated setting. Follow the steps below to get your communications back on track.
Missing Email Notifications
- Check Other Folders: Search your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders. If you find a Spring Health email there, mark it as "Not Spam" or move it to your primary inbox.
- Add Us as a "Safe Sender": Our emails are sent from caresupport@hello.springhealth.com. Adding this address to your contacts helps ensure future emails are delivered correctly.
- Verify Your Address: Double-check your profile in your Account Settings to ensure there isn't a typo in your email address.
Missing SMS (Text) Notifications
- Review Your Notification Toggles: Log in to your account and navigate to Settings > Notifications. Ensure the SMS toggle is switched On for the specific alerts you want (Reminders, News, or Check-ins).
- Confirm Your Phone Number: Ensure your mobile number is current and includes the correct area code. If your contact info is outdated, our system won't know where to send your updates!
Advanced Tips
If everything looks correct but you’re still not receiving notifications, try the following:
- Settings Refresh: Toggle notifications Off, wait a moment, then turn them back On. This can help re-sync your preferences with our messaging system.
- Corporate Firewalls: If you’re using a work email address, your company’s security settings may block automated messages. Switching to a personal email address may improve delivery.
