A: Adjusting your messaging preferences is simple and helps you receive the messages that matter to you. Here's how to do it from your account:

 

1. Log in to your Spring Health account and click on the 'Settings' button in the screen's top right corner.

2. The ‘Enable SMS’ section is at the top below ‘Phone number’ and ‘Email Notifications’ can be found below your language preferences near the bottom of the page.




3. Customize your preferences by selecting the slider next to the notifications you'd like to receive.

 

4. Press ‘Submit.’
