Our team members and providers undergo thorough training to uphold confidentiality standards. It's important to note that there are two exceptions mandated by law for all licensed mental health providers:
1. Immediate Harm: If someone is at risk of harming themselves or others, our providers are obligated to intervene by contacting emergency services to ensure the individual receives necessary support.
2. Abuse or Neglect: If there are concerns about abuse or neglect involving a child, elderly person, or someone with a disability, our providers must report this to protective services to safeguard the well-being of the vulnerable individual.
