How does Spring Health protect my confidentiality?

Q: How does Spring Health protect my confidentiality?

A: At Spring Health, we take your confidentiality and privacy seriously. Your healthcare information and all discussions with our providers and staff are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We have implemented multiple layers of security measures to safeguard your data.

Our team members and providers undergo thorough training to uphold confidentiality standards. It's important to note that there are two exceptions mandated by law for all licensed mental health providers:

1. Immediate Harm: If someone is at risk of harming themselves or others, our providers are obligated to intervene by contacting emergency services to ensure the individual receives necessary support.

2. Abuse or Neglect: If there are concerns about abuse or neglect involving a child, elderly person, or someone with a disability, our providers must report this to protective services to safeguard the well-being of the vulnerable individual.

Rest assured that your privacy is paramount to us, and we are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all our clients. Your trust is invaluable, and we strive to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in every interaction.
