- If you prefer guidance or assistance in finding a better match, you connect with the Care Navigation team. They are dedicated to helping you explore other provider options that may be more suitable for your needs. You can reach the team On-Demand Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm EST at 1-855-305-5533.
