It is completely normal to find that a specific therapist or coach isn't the right fit for your personality or goals. At Spring Health, you have the flexibility to change providers at any time, for any reason — no explanations needed.

Important Notes for Switching Providers
- One Provider at a Time: To support consistent and effective care, we ask that you work with only one provider at a time for the same concern. Working with multiple therapists on the same issue can lead to conflicting guidance and may slow your progress.
- The 24-Hour Rule: To avoid a late cancellation fee or a "lost" session, remember to cancel any upcoming sessions with your previous provider at least 24 hours in advance.
- Momentum: You don't have to "start over." Your clinical assessment results stay with your profile, and you can share your existing goals with your new provider to keep your progress moving forward.
There’s no obligation to continue with a provider if it doesn’t feel like the right fit. Our goal is to help you find care that feels comfortable and effective, so you can get the most out of your therapy experience.
