A: Managing insurance information can sometimes be overwhelming, so we've made adding your details to your Spring Health account easy! Follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your Spring Health account and click the 'Settings' tab in the screen's top right corner.
2. Scroll down and look for the Insurance section.
3. Complete the required fields, such as Insurance Carrier, Plan Name, Group ID Number, and Member ID Number.
4. Click the 'Submit' button to save your information.
