Spring Health seminars are educational, clinician-led sessions designed to help you navigate common life challenges. Each month, we explore timely mental health topics—ranging from burnout and parenting to stress management and resilience—offering expert tips and practical tools you can apply immediately to your daily life.
The Seminar Experience
Spring Health seminars are designed to be both informative and private. Each 60-minute session is led by a licensed clinician and consists of 50 minutes of expert-led content followed by a dedicated 10-minute live Q&A.
To ensure a comfortable learning environment, all attendees remain off-camera and muted throughout the presentation. You can choose to participate as much or as little as you like—ask questions anonymously through the Q&A tool, or join the conversation in the chat (note that your name will be visible to other attendees in the chat thread).

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior knowledge of the topic?
No. These sessions are designed for anyone curious about the subject. For a deeper, personalized dive, we recommend speaking with your Care Navigator.
Can I interact with other attendees?
If the session has high attendance, we may disable the public chat to minimize distractions, but the Q&A function remains open so you can message the panelists directly.
What technology do I need?
Seminars are hosted via Zoom. You can join using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
Can I ask the seminar host a question?
Yes. There will be a Q&A session with the hosting clinician at the end of each live seminar. Given time limitations, not all questions may be answered live, but we’ll do our best! Afterward, we’ll send an email that addresses common questions asked during the session.
Need Assistance?
