Community Forums are small-group, interactive conversations designed to cultivate curiosity, connection, and support around topical mental health stressors. These sessions are intentional and inclusive spaces where you can engage with others navigating similar life experiences.
Community Forums are supportive community spaces centered around peer connection; they are not group therapy and do not provide clinical treatment or individualized diagnoses.
Community Forums Program Details
Community Forums offer a unique opportunity to join small-group conversations focused on specific life stressors. Unlike traditional, passive webinars, these sessions are highly interactive, creating a space for true peer-to-peer connection. Each session is led by a licensed mental health provider who facilitates the discussion, ensures everyone is heard, and helps the group reflect on shared experiences.
Because these conversations are centered on real-time connection and member privacy, sessions are never recorded. This ensures that you can speak openly and authentically within the group.
