Supportive Community Forums

Community Forums are small-group, interactive conversations designed to cultivate curiosity, connection, and support around topical mental health stressors. These sessions are intentional and inclusive spaces where you can engage with others navigating similar life experiences.

Note: Community Forums are supportive community spaces, not group therapy.

Community Forums Program Details

Community Forums offers a unique opportunity to join small-group conversations focused on specific mental health stressors. Unlike traditional webinars, these sessions are designed to be highly interactive, creating a supportive space for peer-to-peer connection. Each session is led by a licensed mental health provider who facilitates the discussion, ensures everyone is heard, and helps the group reflect on shared experiences.

Because these conversations are centered on real-time connection and member privacy, sessions are never recorded. This ensures that you can speak openly and authentically within the group.

Community Guidelines

To ensure a safe environment for everyone, we ask participants to:

  • Listen: Hold space for others to hear and be heard.
  • Reflect: Be kind, open-minded, and respectful of different life experiences.
  • Stay Present: Active participation is encouraged, though you only share what you are comfortable with.
  • No "Right" Answers: Community Forums are about your personal perspective and lived truth.
