How Managers Can Use the Neurodiversity Hub to Support Their Teams

The Neurodiversity Hub works in tandem with the Manager Experience to bridge the gap between individual mental health and effective leadership by providing real-time, personalized support. It equips you with the tools to lead effectively, recognize unique employee strengths, and foster an inclusive environment for neurodivergent team members (such as those with ADHD, Autism, or Dyslexia).

How to Access Leader Resources

To explore neurodivergent-specific content tailored for managers, follow these steps in your Spring Health app or desktop portal:

  1. Go to the 'Services' Tab: Select the Neurodiversity Hub (this may also be visible on your homepage).
  2. Choose the 'Leaders' Path: Once inside the Hub, select the Leaders category.
  3. Access Tailored Resources: This will unlock specialized videos, guides, and tools designed specifically for the manager experience.
