Accessing Neurodiversity Specialty Care

Spring Health provides a dedicated ecosystem for neurodiversity support, designed to help parents, caregivers, and individuals access specialized clinical care and resources without the burden of long waiting lists or fragmented referrals.

Unlike other clinical services on our platform, Neurodiversity (ND) Specialty Care options and service tiles do not appear within a child’s profile or dependent account. Because this specialized care model is structurally managed and coordinated by the adult family lead, all navigation, hub access, and appointment scheduling must be processed exclusively through the Caregiver’s Account.

How to Schedule an Evaluation

Caregivers can access Neurodiversity Specialty Care and book an intake session using either of the two direct self-service pathways within their main account dashboard:

Pathway 1: Through the Neurodiversity Journey Hub
  1. Navigate: Log into your primary caregiver account and go to the Explore page.
  2. Select the Hub: Locate and click on the Neurodiversity Journey Hub.
  3. Find Specialty Care: Click on "Parents" and then select the "Neuropsychological Support" tile to land on a page describing Neurodiversity Specialty Care.
  4. Book an Appointment: You will land on an informational page outlining our specialized care offerings. From there, follow the prompts to schedule a 45-minute triage appointment with a Neurodiversity Specialty Care Navigator (ND SCN).
Pathway 2: Direct via the Specialty Care Tiles
  1. Navigate: Log into your primary caregiver account and go to the Explore page.
  2. Select the Specialty: Scroll to the Specialty Care offerings section and click directly on the "Neurodiversity Support" tile to land on a page describing Neurodiversity Specialty Care.
  3. Book an Appointment: Read through the Neurodiversity Specialty Care overview page and click the scheduling link to book your 45-minute triage appointment with an ND SCN.

Who Should Attend the Appointment?

The initial 45-minute triage session is designed to map out your family's specific support plan. While we highly recommend that both the caregiver and the child are present for this initial conversation, it is not a strict requirement. If scheduling or behavioral needs make it easier for you to speak with the Navigator alone first, you are welcome to do so. While parent-only initial appointments may occur, parent and teen must be present in order for the teen to enroll into Specialty Care.
