If you have existing medical records, test results, or lab results from another provider that you would like your Spring Health provider to review, you can share them directly with our team.
How to Send Your Records
A Release of Information (ROI) is not required when you or your outside provider are sending records to Spring Health for review.
You or your outside provider can send these documents to our Care Team through the following secure channels:

What Happens Next?
Once our Care Team receives your documents, we will take the following steps to ensure your provider is prepared for your next session:
- Secure Upload: We upload the documents directly to your private clinical chart.
- Provider Notification: We notify your Spring Health provider that new records are available for their review.
Please note that while records may be uploaded to your chart for continuity of care with your Spring Health provider, records originating from outside Spring Health may not be disclosed externally.
