I have in-network Primary insurance, will you accept my out- of- network Secondary insurance?

Q: I have in-network Primary insurance, will you accept my out- of- network Secondary insurance?

A: Spring Health will bill your Primary insurance carrier directly and if there is any amount that you are responsible for, we will invoice you for that amount via email after your insurance carrier has processed the claim. It may take up to 30-60 days for you to receive an invoice from the Spring Health Billing Department. When you receive the invoice, you can make your payment directly in the app or on the website.

 

Unfortunately, if Spring Health is out-of-network with your Secondary insurance plan, we will be unable to bill your claim directly. Please see information on superbills.
