Can I get reimbursed by my insurance for out-of-network services?

Q: My services with Spring Health are considered out-of- network; am I able to get reimbursed by my out-of-network insurance?

A: We can provide you with the documentation needed (i.e., a superbill) after your visit, which you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand their out-of-network reimbursement policies and procedures specific to your plan.
