Q: What happens after my sponsored sessions end?
A: After your sponsored sessions are exhausted, we are considered out-of-network with your insurance provider. You may continue services on a self-pay basis.
Please note that not all Spring Health packages include Sponsored Sessions. To know if sponsored sessions are a part of your Spring Health benefits please, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Spring Health account, and on your homepage, click on 'View full benefits.'
2. You'll be directed to your benefits page, where you can see the number of sponsored sessions and the types of appointments you can use them for.
The cost of your sessions, if any, will depend on your personalized plan with Spring Health and your insurance carrier. Charges may differ due to appointment length, the type of treatment received, and the pricing agreements we have established with your Benefit Sponsor and insurance plan. To clearly understand your specific benefits, please check the benefits section of your Spring Health account.
