Q: What happens if I miss or cancel a session?
A: If you miss a session or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the session’s start time this results in a No Show/ Late Cancellation session.
The impact to your account is dependent on your specific plan package.
If you have sponsored sessions remaining:
If you have sponsored sessions available then it may result in a forfeited sponsored session.
For example, if your employer sponsors 5 Therapy sessions and you miss your 4th Therapy session then it may result in a forfeited sponsored session and you would have only 1 sponsored Therapy session remaining.
If you have no sponsored sessions remaining:
If your sponsored sessions are exhausted, or if your package does not include sponsored sessions, any missed or late-canceled/rescheduled appointments will result in a No-Show Fee on your account.
It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for “late cancellation” or “No Show” sessions. The fee will be billed directly to you as member responsibility.
To make the most of your benefits, we encourage you to keep your scheduled appointments or notify us as early as possible if you need to make a change.
Please note that not all Spring Health packages include Sponsored Sessions. To know if sponsored sessions are a part of your Spring Health benefits please, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Spring Health account, and on your homepage, click on 'View full benefits.'
2. You'll be directed to your benefits page, where you can see the number of sponsored sessions and the types of appointments you can use them for.
The cost of your sessions, if any, will depend on your personalized plan with Spring Health and your insurance carrier. Charges may differ due to appointment length, the type of treatment received, and the pricing agreements we have established with your Benefit Sponsor and insurance plan. To clearly understand your specific benefits, please check the benefits section of your Spring Health account.
