1. Check Your Audio Devices

- Avoid using a monitor's built-in audio: Ensure your monitor isn't selected as the audio device.
- Check Bluetooth settings: Confirm your Bluetooth devices are connected and turned on properly.
- Make sure you’re unmuted.
2. Update Your Browser
Keeping your browser up to date ensures optimal performance.

3. Allow Browser Access to Your Microphone
Your browser needs permission to access your microphone for virtual sessions. Here's how to grant access:
Chrome
- Click the permissions icon in the address bar.
- Select Reset Permissions.
- Refresh the Virtual Appointment page.
- When prompted, allow microphone and camera access.
Safari
- Go to Safari Settings.
- Click Websites and select Microphone.
- Next to Spring Health, choose Allow.
Firefox
- Click the permissions icon in the address bar.
- Clear the current permission status by clicking the X next to Allowed or Blocked.
- Refresh the Virtual Appointment page.
Microsoft Edge
- Click the permissions icon in the address bar.
- Select Always allow and click Done.
- Refresh the Virtual Appointment page.
4. Allow System or Device Access to Your Microphone
Make sure your device settings allow microphone access for the app you're using.
