Joining a Virtual Session

You can easily join your virtual therapy session through the Member Portal or by clicking the link in your booking confirmation or reminder email.

  • Member Portal: Log in and find your scheduled appointment, then click the Join Appointment link.
  • Email: Open the confirmation or reminder email and click the appointment link.

Important: Make sure to click the correct link for the specific appointment you're joining. Avoid using links from past sessions or other appointments.

 

Allowing Camera and Microphone Permissions

To ensure a smooth virtual session, you'll need to allow access to your camera and microphone. Here's how to enable permissions depending on your browser:

Chrome

  1. Open the appointment link.
  2. When prompted, click Allow for both the camera and microphone.
  3. Select "Allow on every visit" to save your settings for future sessions.

Safari

  1. Open the appointment link.
  2. A prompt will appear; select Allow to give the website access to your camera and microphone.

Firefox

  1. Open the appointment link.
  2. A pop-up will appear asking to share your camera and microphone.
  3. Check the Remember this decision box if you want Firefox to save these settings.
  4. Click Allow to proceed.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open the appointment link.
  2. If prompted, select Allow to give the site permission to use your camera and microphone.
