For any Spring Health sessions you use outside of your employer-sponsored sessions, you will be billed directly and will need to reimburse Spring Health.
If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, you can submit your session receipts to your insurance when seeking reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for their reimbursement process and timelines. Their contact information can be found on the back of your insurance card.
Our team is happy to provide you with any documentation that is needed for potential reimbursement. In order to request this please:
1. Have the date range for which you'd like to receive an itemized receipt ready.
