Navigating Account Upgrades: From Ages 5 to 6

Q: What is the difference between a 5 and 6 year old’s account?

A: For children under 6 years old, guardians have the ability to create an account on their behalf. This allows for collaboration with a Clinical Family Care Navigator to identify and secure suitable services tailored to the child's requirements.

Upon the child turning 6 years old, both the child and their guardian retain access to the same child account. However, at this milestone, the account undergoes an automatic upgrade. The upgrade grants direct booking access to therapists, simplifying the process of scheduling appointments to meet the child's evolving needs. This enhancement aims to streamline the experience for both the child and guardian, ensuring seamless access to therapeutic support.
