A: Spring Health makes finding out when your sessions restart simple! Here's how to check it:
1. Log in to your Spring Health account and navigate to your ‘Home’ page.
2. Scroll down to ‘Your Benefit Summary’ and click ‘View full benefits.'
3. Select the specific service you want at the top of your screen.
4. In the gray text, you'll see the date your session counts reset.
Your benefit sponsor and Spring Health partner to provide mental health services annually. Unfortunately, unused sessions do not roll over to the next year.
