Q: Can I save card information, pay with a check, or set up autopay?
A: We understand the convenience of saving card information for future payments. However, we do not offer the option to save card information or set up autopay at this time. You will need to enter your card details each time you make a payment.
However, you can pay using a check. Please include your lookup code (found on every payment e-mail or paper statement) or the patient's name and date of birth on the check and send it to:
