The payment link I received isn't working

Q: I'm having trouble with the payment link I've received

A: We apologize for any inconvenience and are here to help you resolve the issue quickly. To pay, please follow these simple steps: 

  1. Log into your Spring Health Profile (Via Mobile App or Desktop)
  2. Visit your Account Page
  3. Select Billing and payments
  4. Select "Pay balance" to pay your entire balance or select "Pay Now" to pay for one of the charges. You can always free text the amount you'd like to pay, as well!

If for any reason this is not working for you: 

  1. Head to
  2.  Enter the lookup code you received in your payment email (found on every payment e-mail or paper statement)
  3. You'll be directed to a secure payment page, where you can input your card information and the amount you'd like to pay.
