Q: How can I access my bill or request a paper bill?
A: We strive to make the billing process convenient for you by emailing invoices directly to the email address registered with your Spring Health account. These e-mails will be from patientbilling@springhealth.com.
If you prefer a paper bill, please contact our friendly billing team at (855) 701-1720 or visit springhealth.com/support with your request. We are happy to make the necessary arrangements to mail paper statements as per your request.
