Suppose you’ve reached a point in your care where sessions are billed to you. In that case, the timeline of receiving a bill depends on whether you're using insurance to cover your session costs:

 

If you’re using insurance:

  • We'll submit your claim to your insurance company within 3-5 days after your session.
  • The processing time for insurance claims can vary from 5 to 45 business days.
  • Once processed, you may be responsible for a portion of the entire billed amount based on your insurance plan specifics.
  • We will email you an invoice reflecting the amount you're responsible for and secure online payment information.

 

If you’re not using insurance:

  •  We'll send you an invoice within 3-5 days after your session.
  •  The invoice will arrive via email, containing the amount you're responsible for and secure online payment details.
