How do Care Navigator calls work?

Q: How are Care Navigator phone calls initiated? Are they going to call me, or should I call them? What number will they call from?

A: When it's time for your scheduled call, your Care Navigator will contact you by calling the phone number in your account profile. Keep an eye out for a call from a number starting with 855. All you need to do is answer the call.
