How does my minor dependent (below 18 years of age) access Spring Health?

Q: How can my minor dependent (under 18) access Spring Health?

A: As their guardian, you'll need to create your account to invite your minor to sign up. Follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account and visit our family sign-up page
  2. Now, you can enter your dependent's information to create their account.

Please note that Spring Health requires a separate email address for minor accounts. If your minor dependent doesn’t have an email address, you can create a new one or use a spare one. If you have a Gmail account, you can also create an email alias by adding a plus ('+') sign and any combination of words or numbers after your email address. You can then access their account from your account or log in using their credentials.

When scheduling appointments for your dependent, it's essential to be on the dependent's account to receive accurate therapist recommendations and provider availability. All appointments for the dependent should be scheduled using their specific account. If you happen to be on your personal account instead of your dependent's, you will receive therapist recommendations and provider availability tailored to your personal profile.

We hope this helps and are excited to welcome your minor dependents to our community. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance.
