I sent an invite link to my adult dependent while creating my account, but they didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Q: My adult dependent didn't receive the invite link I sent during account creation. What should we do?

A: At times, emails might be spam or lost. But don't worry! They can still sign up independently by following these steps:

  1. Have your adult dependent open their email box and go to their 'Spam' or 'Junk' in your email folder.   Review the folder for any Spring Health emails mistakenly marked as spam.  If found, mark it as ‘not spam’ or ‘not junk’.  If not found, continue to the next steps.
  2. Go to the Spring Health website at https://care.springhealth.com/register.
  3. On the 'Let's find your benefit' page, scroll down and select 'I'm a dependent or have no email.'
  4. Fill in the dependent's information, including their name, date of birth, and email address.
  5. Complete any additional information required during the signup process.

This way, they can create their account as a dependent, and you can continue the journey towards better mental health. If you still need assistance, contact the care team at springhealth.com/support. Remember, we're always here to help and support you.
