Q: How can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
A: Life can be unpredictable, but we are here to help you adjust your appointments as needed or report missed ones. Remember to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment.
To reschedule or cancel through our website or app,
- Log in to your Spring Health account and click the 'Schedule' tab on the left side of the page.
- Find your appointment and click 'View Session.'
- Under your provider's photo, you'll see 'Reschedule' and 'Cancel' options.
- To reschedule, select an available time and click 'Reschedule' to confirm. You'll receive an updated confirmation email with your new appointment details.
To cancel, click 'Cancel,' confirm your choice in the pop-up window by selecting 'Yes, cancel appointment,' and expect a confirmation email acknowledging the cancellation.
If the appointment is within 24 hours, select the checkbox acknowledging the late cancellation forfeiture, and then select ‘cancel appointment’. This will alert your provider that you cannot make the appointment. While the appointment will still appear in your account, the status will be updated to reflect that you will not be able to make the appointment.
Please be aware that missing an appointment without providing 24 hours' notice may lead to losing a session or incurring a missed appointment fee. If the missed session is part of a prepaid bundle, you'll lose one of the prepaid sessions.
You may be subject to a missed appointment fee if you've used up all your prepaid sessions or your benefit sponsor’s plan doesn't include them. The amount varies based on your plan.
